It’s another glorious morning as we leave Blenheim and head for Picton, our final journey on the south island. It’s only a half hour to Picton and the first stop is to find where we get the ferry from. Found! so it’s time for a coffee shop. Today is another first as It’s the first time we have paid for parking! This takes some working our but we get there. And we are off to see Picton, which is a lovely place.

Lynn has been proactive and done the research to find the cafe for a well deserved cup of tea.

Time is ticking and we soon need to get the ferry. So were go. 5 minutes later we are in the queue to board ferry

And a short time later..

Tomorrow we will begin our North Island adventure which starts with exploring Wellington.
